The Lesintor three-in-one integrated dehumidifying dryer comprises a honeycomb dehumidifier, a heat-preserving drying barrel, and a suction machine. All equipment is installed on a movable tripod. It integrates three functions: dehumidification, drying, and feeding. It is generally suitable for various plastic materials, especially high-hygroscopic long-range plastics, such as PA, PC, LCP, PET, PBT, etc., which can reach a dew point of -40°C or -5CTC under ideal conditions.

Machine characteristics
• The heat preservation type drying barrel adopts the design of a downward blowing tube and is equipped with a rotary exhaust device to prevent heat loss and provide drying efficiency;
• A closed loop feeding system can prevent the dried raw materials from being damp again due to contact with the outside air;
• The P.L.D temperature control series is standard configuration. It also provides PLC control with an LCD touch control interface for selection. It can provide real-time monitoring of the dehumidification effect of the machine dew point meter for selection.
